Project Initiation

Formal letter confirming project acceptance and anticipated start date
Cash flow forecast provided.

Pre-Start Meeting

Meet your dedicated Project Team
Outline what you can expect throughout the process

Review and issue project programme with key milestones
Issue client decision programme with required input dates.

During Construction

Weekly site updates sent to the client
Monthly Health & Safety Reports
